How do I purchase tickets?

Tickets are available on race day once the gates open.

No ticket upgrades.  Make sure you know what gate you are purchasing tickets.

There are 3 options:

-Main Grandstand (No glass, alcohol or animals allowed)

-Trackside (alcohol allowed, no glass)

-The Pit Area is for race cars, drivers, and pit crew. Fans can also buy a pit pass. Seeing over 200 custom built racing machines up close and being able to talk with the people who drive and work on them is certainly something that can't be done every day. It's the next best thing to actually racing on the track itself. A pit pass allows you to have access to trackside & grandstands as well.

 

Do you have reserved seating?

Grandstand has no reserved seating. . Race fans are allowed to place chairs or blankets in the main grandstand to reserve their favorite spot. Lawn chairs allowed on top 2 rows.

Gates open at 10 AM on race day (Honor System: Track is not responsible for moved items)

 

Do I have to pay for parking my vehicle?

No, this is no charge for parking

 

Where is the best place to sit in the grandstand?

Don’t want to experience the red clay?....sit in center sections of main grandstand.  For those hot summer nights, the seating in front of the skybox is shaded

 

Do you have a place to park your car around the track to watch the race? Can we bring a grill?

Yes! The trackside / tailgate section permits vehicles to be driven in and parked around the outside perimeter of the track. The ticket booth is located to the left, once you enter the Rome Speedway property. Tailgate section allows alcohol and grills. No glass containers

 

Do you have birthday packages? Can I reserve a skybox suite for a company party?

VIP facilities are available for up to 75 guests perfect or corporate events & birthday parties. Track announcer will mention a special birthday or anniversary

 

Do you have handicap parking and seating?

Yes. Handicap parking and seating are available

 

 

 

Are pets allowed?
Rome Speedway does not allow pets of any kind in the grandstand, pit area, or tailgate seating.

 

Do you have food concessions?

Rome Speedway has full concessions available with a large variety of food, snacks, candy and drinks - featuring Coca Cola Products. You may also choose to bring your own, small cooler are allowed. Make sure to try the World Famous Corn Dog at the Concession

 

Do you sell alcohol?

Rome Speedway does not sell alcoholic beverages. You may choose to bring your own in the trackside/tailgate section.

 

Do you have a souvenir store?

Souvenirs are located near the main grandstand entrance. Beside the Main Concession stand.

Must have - Checkered Flag…$3 in the souvenir stand

 

What is a full racing program?

A full racing program consists of 7 divisions of race cars Super Late Models, Limited Late Models, Crate Late Models, Super & Econo Bombers, Cruisers, & Pony Stocks. The racing program lasts approx 3 ½ to 4 ½ hours.

 

Is there an autograph session so that we can meet the drivers?

 Each feature winner will sign autographs in souvenir stand after their race

What if the event gets rained out after I've purchased my ticket?

NO REFUND POLICY: Keep your ticket stub. In the event of rainout this will be your ticket for reentry on rescheduled date.
