Dixie Speedway Hosts USCS Mini Outlaw Sprint Car Racing, Legends Dirt Modifieds, & Championship Stock Car Races October 21 & 22
WOODSTOCK, GA. Dixie Speedway is preparing for 2 big nights of jam packed action this Friday and Saturday, October 21 & 22 with stock car racing and the return of the USCS Mini Sprint Car Series plus the debut of the Legends Dirt Modifieds.
Fans will also be treated to some great racing on the 3/8 mile dirt track with a Limited Late Model Championship race that is expected to draw some of the areas top drivers to battle for a $1500 1st place prize. Econo Bomber, Crate Late Model, and Pony Stock divisions will also be in action with Championships races each paying $1,000 to win.
The racing kicks off Friday night, October 21 with the USCS Mini Outlaw Sprint Car feature event. Limited Late Model cars will qualify for their starting position in the feature. Econo Bomber, Pony Stock and Crate Late Models will race in heats to determine their starting position for the main events.
Then the action continues Saturday night, October 22 with another USCS Mini Sprint Car feature event. The Championship feature events for Limited Late Model, Crate Late Model, Econo Bomber, & Pony Stock divisions will take place. Super Bomber and Cruiser divisions will also be in action with regular features. The new U.S. Legends Dirt Modifieds division will debut in Georgia as the series takes to track at Dixie. This new series of dirt racing features vehicles designed by former NASCAR Sprint Cup Series crew chief and team owner Ray Evernham. It will be only the second time that the series has ventured out of North Carolina.
Friday, October 21, adult grandstand admission is $10, ages 9 – 17 only $6, and children 8 years and under are free. Trackside / tailgate parking is $15 per adult and $11 per child. Pit passes are $25 per adult, $11 per child.
Saturday night, October 22, adult grandstand is $10, ages 9-17 years only $6, and children 8 years old and under free. Trackside/tailgate admission is $20 per adult, $11 per child. Pit passes are $30 per adult and $11 per child.
Gates open at 5 PM, with racing at 7:30 PM both nights.
